The lobby refresh at 50 Mall Road was driven by a simple but important goal: elevate a suburban office building to enhance the tenant experience and better align with landlord RJK’s broader portfolio and brand standards. Ebbrell Architecture + Design focused on targeted, high-impact design moves to enhance the double-height atrium, introduce custom graphics, upgrade finishes and lighting and create a more engaging first impression.

  • Reinvigorated the double-height atrium with a custom, large-scale wall graphic that establishes identity and visual interest upon entry.
  • Refreshed finishes, lighting, and elevator surrounds to introduce contrast, texture, and a more impactful look and feel.
