Embarking on a journey to expand their presence in the US, Festo Corporation again entrusted Ebbrell Architecture + Design to spearhead their relocation project. Building upon the success of their initial collaboration in 2018, our team seamlessly translated Festo's vision into a new workplace that prioritizes productivity and innovation. The result is a high-tech series of testing labs combined with two clearly defined office support zones/hubs and a versatile training/multi-purpose area.

• Collaborated with the engineering team and the general contractor in meeting precise requirements for electrical, mechanical, and plumbing needs.
