Middleton Family Medicine’s relocation involved the phased build-out of their new home within an existing multi-tenant office building, accommodating both their specialty services and primary care operations. Phase 1 focused on maximizing exam rooms and clinical efficiency for dermatology, behavioral health, gastroenterology, and MOHS treatment, on budget and within a fast-track schedule. Phase 2 consolidated the majority of their primary care practice into a repurposed office and lab space, introducing a spatial layout model to improve patient flow, access to natural light, and staff efficiency—resulting in a warm, high-functioning medical environment designed for long-term growth.
