Ebbrell Architecture + Design transformed a dated, underused lobby into a multi-zone reception space for Cirtronics, creating a modern glass entry and new areas for vendor presentations, a customer coffee lounge, and a welcoming reception desk.
- Redesigned energy-efficient glass entry vestibule is a facelift on a tired building by reflecting a more modern geometry and materials.
- Relocated and reoriented reception gives visitors clear direction immediately upon entering the building.
- New technology-enhanced areas in the lobby for vendor presentation and customer waiting areas were carved out of previously unused space.
- Reimagined open stairway highlights include a new glass panel railing system, feature lighting, and a functional glass separation at the upper floor.
