Bedford, MA life sciences company personalizes workplace to attract employees to office

One big thing: Based on findings from interviews with team leaders, the furniture was tailored to meet distinct worker profiles and team needs

Design deets:

• The 45,000 sq/ft office is calming, generously spaced, and outfitted with technology and furniture solutions that reflect a workplace of the future
• Furniture, finishes, and graphics are aligned with the company’s brand
• Fully fit out a first-floor space for the IT department including workstations, spacious build-room/help desk, and conference room
• Cafes to accommodate collaboration throughout the workday
• 🥤🍪 Beverage and snack program reworked to entice employees back to the workplace
