Lantheus' new workplace of the future aligns with rebrand and has employees excited to return to the office

When Lantheus approached Ebbrell Architecture + Design to partner with them on their move to Bedford, EAD quickly became engrained in the culture to understand the goals and uses for the new space.  EAD fully fit out a first-floor space for the IT department including workstations, a spacious build-room/help desk and conference room. With the bones of the space already established by the landlord and their design-build team on the remaining two floors, the balance of the collaboration became a true interiors project.  Working within the parameters of the TI budget, EAD selected finishes to align to Lantheus’ rebrand and worked with the client’s furniture partner to design and specify all new furniture.  The move relocated senior leadership to this building to attract other employees to the workplace.  Other incentives included enhanced technology, hoteling workstations controlled by an internal app, and elevated amenities.  The result is a space that is calming, generously spaced for return to office, and outfitted with technology and furniture solutions that truly reflect a workplace of the future.

  • Aligned furniture, finishes and graphics with rebrand and facilitated change management with staff.
  • Acted as Client representative with landlord and landlord’s design-build team.
  • Tailored furniture solutions to distinct workerprofiles and team needs, based on findings from interviews with team leaders
  • Designed new work cafes to accommodatecollaboration throughout the workday. Coordinated beverage and snack program to entice employees back to theworkplace.
