Atlantic Union envisioned its new Massachusetts headquarters as more than just an office. It needed to serve as a home base for daily work while welcoming employees from across the region for organization-wide meetings and events. Ebbrell Architecture + Design transformed the existing workplace into a bright, contemporary headquarters that balances private offices with inviting shared spaces, creating an environment that reflects the organization's culture and brings people together.
- Designed Atlantic Union's new Massachusetts headquarters to support both day-to-day operations and large organization-wide gatherings.
- Created a flexible seminar and gathering space capable of hosting staff from across the region for multi-day meetings and events.
- Repurposed portions of the existing layout and finish palette, strategically introducing new flooring, lighting, and architectural elements to maximize value while creating a fresh, contemporary workplace.
