One Big Thing: We transformed 4,600 square feet at Somerville’s Assembly Row into an urban golf lounge that fuses arcade-style energy with a modern club atmosphere.
Why It Works: The design balances playful neon accents with rich materials like leather seating and dark metals, creating a space that honors the site’s past as the Good Time Emporium while delivering a polished, contemporary lounge experience.
Design Highlights:
🏌🏻 Layered spaces: Six simulators, a full bar, lounge areas, and a commercial kitchen work seamlessly together.
💡Lighting as guide: Bold, high-contrast lighting accents highlight circulation and add drama without overwhelming.
🖌 ️Material mix: Industrial finishes paired with polished details ground the neon and create a sophisticated vibe.
🍔 Community hub: Designed for more than golf – it’s a destination for food, drinks, and connection.
