One big thing: Ebbrell Architecture + Design’s thoughtful improvements reimagined Watson Marlow’s 11,000 ft² Boston workplace by layering in flexible collaboration zones, branded finishes, and spatial upgrades.
Design highlights:
🙋🏼♂️ Transformed reception into a hospitality‑style lounge for arrivals and impromptu meetings
👩🏽🏫 Reworked oversized private offices to create three meeting rooms and a larger training room, nearly tripling collaboration options
☕ Introduced a moveable wall between the café and training area to support all‑hands events and large gatherings
🛋️ Balanced existing finishes and furniture with new branded elements to refresh aesthetic and maintain visual cohesion
The bottom line:This office refresh shows how strategic layering such as reworking layouts, boosting collaboration, and strengthening brand identity, can recast a familiar workplace into a more dynamic, connected environment.
