Upham’s Corner Community Health Center Pharmacy carefully redesigned to meet operational and patient needs

One big thing: Despite the small space, the design allowed the center to stay in service while work was completed

Design deets:

• The 2,500 sq/ft space includes expanded retail capacity, more private client-pharmacist interactions, and expedited order filling process
• Employee security was improved with new private entrance
• Previous pharmacy space converted for expanded Benefits Group programming
• Former Benefits Group and medical records space houses new staff break room and meeting room
• Equipment storage and pharmacy stock shelving expanded to relieve overcrowding
