‍🛠️ Phase 1: Specialty Services, Fast-TrackedA 4,500 sq. ft. suite was rapidly delivered to house dermatology, MOHS, gastroenterology, endoscopy, and behavioral health services. Shared support areas and offices were designed to maximize clinical efficiency while staying on budget and schedule.
