Inside, refined materials, soft lines, and thoughtful detailing support a variety of yoga and fitness classes while delivering the intimate, luxury experience that defines the Core Cove brand.

• Specified all interior finishes, fixtures, and lighting, and coordinated custom millwork directly with the client during construction.
• Optimized the floor plan to maximize the size of the fitness studio, provide space for retail and check in, lockers and enhance access to natural light.
• Designed new restrooms and shower rooms to meet all applicable plumbing code requirements.
• Collaborated closely with the building’s contractor to align design decisions with available materials and lead times, ensuring the project stayed on schedule and within budget.
